MADISON, S.D., March 20, 2025 — SBS CyberSecurity has successfully completed its SOC 2 Type II audit for the TRAC risk management platform, conducted with the support of Boulay. The audit examined the design and operational effectiveness of its security controls from February to September 2024. This achievement reaffirms SBS’s commitment to maintaining robust security practices and providing clients with independent validation of its ability to safeguard sensitive data.
SOC 2, developed by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), is a widely recognized compliance framework for organizations handling customer data. It evaluates controls based on five trust service criteria: security, availability, processing integrity, confidentiality, and privacy. A SOC 2 Type II report goes beyond a one-time assessment, demonstrating that an organization’s security controls operate effectively over time.
