Dr. Kevin Streff is the founder and visionary behind SBS CyberSecurity, a premier cybersecurity consulting and audit firm. In addition, Dr. Streff is a Professor and Chairman of the Department of Cyber Operations at Dakota State University, one of only 13 programs nationwide designated by the National Security Agency (NSA) as a Center of Academic Excellence in Cyber Operations. He is also the founder of InfraGard-South Dakota, a partnership between the private industry and the FBI.
With over 25 years of experience in financial services, Dr. Streff has extensive knowledge of the industry and speaks nationally on cybersecurity issues and solutions relevant to financial institutions. He has authored or contributed to numerous articles, whitepapers, and books focusing on cybersecurity topics relating to financial services, recently contributing to articles in the American Banker, New York Times, Forbes, and CNN. Dr. Streff has also testified to Congressional committees on behalf of small and medium-sized financial institutions regarding cybersecurity issues affecting their organizations.

Chad Knutson is a co-founder and Senior Information Security Consultant for SBS CyberSecurity, a premier cybersecurity consulting and audit firm dedicated to making a positive impact on the banking and financial services industry, and has served as President of the SBS Institute since 2013. Chad maintains his CISSP, CISA, and CRISC certifications, and received his Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems and his Master of Science in Information Assurance from Dakota State University.
Chad is dedicated to educating industry professionals about cybersecurity. While consulting with financial institutions, he saw the need to empower employees to be better prepared to confidently handle cybersecurity threats, create and manage strong information security programs, and understand ever-changing regulations at their institution. He was a driving force in the development of the SBS Institute certification program, which is uniquely designed to serve the banking industry by providing banking specific, role-based certifications cyber education. The SBS Institute has grown to include over ten certifications and State Association partners in over 30 states.

He maintains his CISA and CRISC certifications and received his Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems and his Master of Science in Information Assurance with an emphasis in Banking and Finance Security from Dakota State University. Over the last ten years Jon has helped hundreds of financial institutions across the country create and implement comprehensive, valuable, and manageable Information Security Programs. He also conducts webinars and certification programs for the SBS Institute.

Dr. Podhradsky is an assistant professor and the Coordinator of MS in Information Assurance and Computer Security at Dakota State University (DSU). She previously worked at Drexel University and is also the Director of Training for BK Forensics, a cell phone forensics company. Dr. Podhradsky has an emphasis on incident prevention, detection, and response as the lead forensic investigator at SBS CyberSecurity (SBS), a premier cybersecurity consulting and audit firm dedicated to making a positive impact on the banking and financial services industry. With a focus on prevention, she assist institutions in understanding how malware and network compromises happen and educates employees against social engineering threats. When the unfortunate security incident does occur, Dr. Podhradsky helps institutions detect the threat and properly respond to reduce losses and manage the risk.
Dr. Podhradsky has a passion for sharing her excitement and vast forensic and IT knowledge with current and future cybersecurity professionals. With the help of National Security Agency (NSA) and National Science Foundation (NSF) grant funding, she has developed the GenCyber and GenCyber: Girls in Cybersecurity summer camps at DSU. These camps are geared for middle and high school students and strive to excite attendees about careers in cybersecurity through teaching them about programming, networking, and security.

Josh Stroschein received his B.S. in Computer Science from the University of South Dakota (USD) and his M.S. in Information Assurance from Dakota State University (DSU) in Madison, SD where he now serves as an instructor of Information Systems. He is an instructor with the SBS Institute conducting to provide additional value to financial institutions around the country. Josh has spent over a decade as a programmer with a focus on web applications and application security. He is also a technical adviser and consultant, providing his years of experience to organizations across a variety of industries. His research interests include malware analysis, application security, software development and wireless communications.
