Date: Wednesday, August 25
Time: 2:00-3:00 PM CDT
Description: Conducting an impactful business impact analysis (BIA) allows business leaders to identify critical operations and evaluate the effect of various disruptions on the overall continuity of the business. By conducting a BIA we should be able to:
1. Identify steps and resources needed to ensure delivery of essential services.
2. Evaluate impacts of downtime.
3. Make decisions concerning business continuity plans and testing.
Join SBS as we walk through the process of conducting a business impact analysis and discuss the important components that can help your business be more prepared to react to disruptions.
