Empowering Students and Communities with Pack the Classroom Initiative

At SBS CyberSecurity, we're always looking for ways to support the communities where we live and work. This summer, our latest Community Outreach Program initiative, Pack the Classroom, gave employees a chance to make a tangible difference for students and educators alike. Across the country, families and teachers face growing challenges with classroom budgets and supply costs, and this program helped bridge that gap by providing classrooms with the tools they need to succeed.

Running from July 1 through August 16, the campaign invited employees to participate by donating supplies locally, making payroll deductions, and sharing the initiative on social media. Together, our team raised more than $900 and provided supplies to classrooms in nine states, helping students start the school year ready to learn.

"Through Pack the Classroom, we wanted to make a meaningful difference in the lives of students and teachers," said Laura Zannucci, audit manager and community outreach lead at SBS. "By donating supplies and raising funds, our team helped equip classrooms with the resources they need to foster learning, ease financial burdens, and support educators in creating positive experiences."
